We came for hard to find electrical parts, nobody in town had them. We came to Yale as a recommendation, a guy at the counter named Efrain got it right away and made me feel valued as a customer. Poor guy is doing the job of 20 people, they are always quite busy.
Doing a big remodel. I went to Yale with the intention to buy everything as a one-stop shop. Signs all over the door saying the retail showroom is by appointment only. Ridiculous, I'm not begging someone to take my money, I went elsewhere.
As an electrician I go to Yale fairly often. Out of all of the locations this is my favorite to go to. The employee's are knowledgeable and great to work with. One big downside is that they have limited their stock recently so you often get what you need the next day.
