EAF Remodeling

Very disappointed and unprofessional. When I scheduled with EAF they were booked a month out. I explained the scope of work and sent photos per their request. I was given an installation date and paid a deposit. When the day came, the general contractor of the home remodel was on site all day and welcomed Eric. Eric began wrapping the front windows outside of the house. Not too long after he was gone and said nothing. I get an email from someone explaining he couldn’t get the metal to ‘look good’ because there wasn’t anything from him nail to. Mind you, we had a team of contractors inside and could have done anything he needed promptly to get the job done. Eric did not say a word, left and then I got the email saying sorry they aren’t able to do the work. (The even had photos prior). I responded to the email and got no response just a refund via PayPal and this was all after a month of waiting. I wouldn’t use this outfit every again and it’s certainly not how I conduct business. Beware

Eric replaced my back door. He did an excellent job taking out the old one and replacing the new one. Previously he tiled my walk-in shower which I absolutely love. I highly recommend EAF Remodeling for any repairs or remodeling projects.

Eric has been doing projects for us since 2018. He is reliable, personable, and does very nice work. His prices are also very reasonable. We highly recommend him for your household projects.
