As a realtor, there are times I need services to be performed quickly, and I require an objective professional opinion. Milt was able to schedule a sewer line scope for my client very quickly, and I discussed two polar opposite opinions plumbers had and I needed a professional opinion to settle the score. Milt let me shadow him as he did his work at the property so I had a full understanding of the issues at hand. He certainly is not a service provider. Looking to get additional work out of a service like this. I did ask him for estimates based on his findings and he provided several different ways to solve a problem and recommendations for future prevention a back ups. I highly recommend Milt!
