Josh and his team (led by Mark) did an incredible job with our sewer line replacement. It was an incredibly messy project, but Josh's team showed up early and stayed late to protect the entire house from mud and dust. They started on time, finished on time, and were extremely communicative and transparent throughout the process. While other plumbers were selling me too good to be true stories, Josh was upfront and honest the whole time. We had a leaking AC unit and an aging water heater, and reached out to multiple companies for opinions and estimates. Solution Based (and Josh in particular) was the most thoughtful, detail-oriented, transparent, responsive and financially reasonable group that we encountered. The team replaced our water heater, diagnosed and fixed our leak, and installed an entirely new AC system in our second floor, which we sorely needed. They did it thoughtfully and respectfully (laid out mats to walk on, wore shoe covers, asked us about the placement of each vent/return) and efficiently. When they were done, there was a mildly irritating noise coming from a return, and they came back the next day to fix it. The system works perfectly. The gentlemen I spoke to on the phone initially was very nice and helpful. I called at 9:30 am, and they had a technician to the house at 1 pm. I was not expecting such great service. The guy who worked on my AC unit was completely professional and was very honest. He actually was teaching me quite a bit about the system, which gives me more confidence for future utility issues. I’m not blown away ever by customer service, and usually I don’t do a review. But in this case I was just completely surprised at the level this company brings. Worth every penny. And we will use them in the future.
