I called this morning because of a water leak in my basement causing laying water on the floor. Within minutes I had a call back (even after not leaving a message). Not only were they able to come out same day, we were also told exactly what the problem was. We reviewed options and were told exactly what to do to fix the problem/prevent it from happening again. No service fee and friendly service despite making no money off of our call. Should there be any additional issues at our home we will be sure to give the brothers a call without hesitation! Really saved us the day before our wedding reception IN OUR HOUSE on a Saturday. Called at 1pm and they were in my home and finished rebooking our plumbing and garbage disposal by 3:15. They charged just a little more than HB McClure and Secco were charging FOR THE FEE ALONE. NO WORK DONE. I will and already have recommended them to anyone I could tell our tale too. The brothers were awesome!!! After a gym workout and making dinner, I discovered that my hot water was trickling out of the faucet, and I knew I had a problem. I actually found them on Angie’s list, and immediately, Ron called me in the early a.m. the next morning. He asked me what issues I was experiencing, and gave me a great explanation as to why I was experiencing problems without even asking for a dime. Most plumbing companies will ask for $70-$100 before they’ll give me any advice. That’s why I chose them. They seemed to be extremely helpful and willing to come out and look at it before I made a commitment. Ron said he was busy, but told me he could squeeze me in at some point of the day as long as I was flexible, and did just that. He also taught me and helped me fix my water pressure, an added service at the drop of a dime. Extremely reasonable cost!!!! And I now have a go-to company that I can rely on!!!
