Sicilia Refrigeration & AC

No good experience to date.Had to use them for my home warranty company. Work not complete and they will not return phone calls. I am in Ohio and am at the mercy of my warranty company. I have not air conditioning for over 3 weeks and soon I will have no heat if they don't get on the ball.

We were assigned Sicilia Refrigeration to repair our AC unit through our home warranty. They were very responsive and contacted us promptly after the request was submitted. They were flexible with scheduling and arrived as soon as possible and adjusted around my schedule. Matt came to repair our AC system and was kind, informative, and answered all my questions. He was able to repair our AC quickly and also gave some recommendations on how to care for our AC system. We initially had some issues with the new furnace that was installed. However, Austin went above and beyond to make a not so great experience better. He took ownership in the work, gave his word, and went above and beyond to help. Based on my experience with him I would recommend this company to anyone.
