Furnace went out while the low temperature was 25 degrees. I called Kemp and the technician was at the house in less than an hour. The part needed was not a common part. He drove 60 miles round trip to get the needed part. After returning he had the furnace running in 30 minutes. The technician was very knowledgeable and personal.
