Kemp installed a Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump/AC in our largely glass kitchen that was not serviced well by our distant forced air furnace. We are very pleased with the service provided. We have been using Kemp for more than 30 years for our annual HVAC inspections and service. We interacted with several different technicians over the years and all have been skilled and friendly. We recently purchased a new furnace from Kemp and the installers were efficient and did a beautiful job.

Quick turn around from supplying a quote on replacing the furnace to completing the installation. The installers were very courteous and made sure we had heat before they left after the first day. The next morning they returned and finished the installation. The area around the furnace was cleaner when they left than it was when they started the install. I would recommend Edward L.
