Steve Crain and his team are exceptional. The installation team arrived at 7am and worked 12 hours straight to remove the old shingles, prep the roof for the new material, and install the new lifetime shingles. They were so professional and the after work cleanup was impeccable. This was no small undertaking as we have a rather large house with a complicated roof line. The final product looks fantastic. This is the 2nd time we used Crain Roofing as the recently did the roof on our commercial property. Both jobs were consistently impressive. I googled search for roofers to come out to help us out with a very strange problem. We had a wasp issue on our roof and I wasn't sure what it was doing (if anything) to the roof. I called many roofers and some wouldn’t even consider coming out due to the wasp problem. I was told to call pest control to get on the roof. Not only did he agree to come out. He came out the next day, inspected our roof thoroughly and even offered to spray the area that was active with wasps. He truly went above and beyond. No where was it it his job to take care of spraying that but he kindly offered. He was kind and professional, extremely knowledgeable and we are so glad we found this company.
