Crain did an excellent job on my new roof. Initially called about a quote, received a call from Steve and a visit from Tyler within a week, had a quote and all questions answered a day later. Crew showed up about a month later (their quoted lead time at the time), and completed the job in two days. During the quote and scheduling process they communicated well and responded to all calls and email communication. Job was completed quickly and professionally with excellent clean up on the back end. I would highly recommend Crain. They replaced a full shingle roof as well as a rubber roof on a sunroom wing. I had a challenging roof repair on a cabin on State game land. I purchased the cabin that had a roof damage from a very large tree that fell and broke multiple trusses. The previous owners had the roof tarped for over 18 months. Even though the project was slightly outside of their service area and challenging in scope, Steve and his team were able to provide exceptional results. Steve was super-responsive and communicative during the quoting process, providing options and recommendations in a timely manner, and work was completed on time, on budget with no surprises. The crew was neat, clean and went above and beyond to clean up old debris left by the previous home owner.
