Great experience with them. Mike was awesome. If you need serious work, like replacing an entire line, look at these guys. Of the other two plumbers I tried, one couldn't figure out a way to fix it, the other was over double the cost and time of Drain Magic.
Andrew and his team were awesome. They fit us in within a week to perform a pipe burst on our external sewer line to the main line. They showed up on time, finished by lunch and thoroughly explained the job they had done. It was great working with them and will contact them in the future for any of our plumbing needs. Ryan was my salesperson. He worked with me to resolve my root issue that was blocking part of my lateral. After some unforeseen complications, he was able to resolve the the issue and work to have the job completed ASAP. Thanks also to my Team lead Alex “Frenchy” for working hard. He was congenial and informative about the entire excavation process that was going to happen. He also assured me that if I ever had an issue, they would come back and correct it free of charge.
