We had Elmar come out to give us a quote to replace our HVAC system and the tech was out at our house for maybe 10 minutes while other companies were out for almost an hour. He said looks straight forward, left and we never heard back with a quote or anything else to follow up. Awesome customer service…not
My Heat pump broke down on a Thursday night and they managed to send out a tech after I called them the Friday morning. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it in a timely fashion upon receipt of the part. I had several phone conversations with different people at this company since I also have a rental unit that needs a replacement unit and they are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend them for you HVAC needs. Service: Heating system repair
