Oil furnace went out and I tried to remedy it by replacing the transformer and other simple fixes since I replaced the relay two weeks ago but none fixed the issue. I’m a DIYer but to a point and wasn’t trying to go without heat for more than a day. Elmar was quick to send someone out today with a reasonable emergency fee. Showed up on time, went through a progression of finding the cause, fixed it, and was out in less than 45 minutes. Good price, good service, and a local business. Couldn’t ask for more. My Heat pump broke down on a Thursday night and they managed to send out a tech after I called them the Friday morning. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it in a timely fashion upon receipt of the part. I had several phone conversations with different people at this company since I also have a rental unit that needs a replacement unit and they are very friendly and helpful.
