From the first phone call when the A.C. system failed, to the friendly and thorough on-site estimate, to the final installation of a new HVAC system, Gen3 hit all the marks of a professional service. Robert Zambrano carefully inspected the unit and provided a thorough breakdown in an estimate for replacement. His explanation of costs and answers to all my questions was very helpful and he did not push to sell items but provided a helpful professional opinion on requisite work. The crew that arrived to install the new system was headed by Charles Smith, assisted by Steve and Alex, and they performed admirably in Philly summertime heat. Our heating went out. Gen3 came out days before we originally scheduled and were able to get it working within an hour. We were prepared to shell out 5k+ for a new furnace, but they were able to fix the issue in under $300. Their technician was cordial, amicable, and highly professional. He explained everything to us and gave great advice on what to do with our HVAC system.

Definitely recommend Gen3 electric. Ed, Jacob, Griffin and Mike were truly the dream team! I had someone come out and inspect an extremely old house that needed a lot of work - they had the estimate ready in hours and I was able to get those four super heroes out to execute the next week. What should’ve been a 2-3 day job (where power would be out throughout all days) was condensed into a 9 hour day thanks to these guys. They were respectful and polite, punctual and efficient, and walked me through the updates in super understandable and to the point terms. I’ve used them before and I will use again!
