GEN3 was able to schedule someone to come out to give me an estimate for my light fixture installation within 2 business days. The technician came out, provided the estimate and once accepted, removed by old fixture, moved the electrical box and installed my new fixture in less than 90 minutes. We've always had good experiences with Gen3, and this time was no exception. Bill did a great job replacing old wiring to our second floor--I was thrilled that he didn't have to make any holes in our first floor walls! He and his helper, Mike, were friendly, happy to explain what they were doing, and patient with our suggestions and questions. Bill did several extras we weren't expecting, including relabeling our electrical panel with easy-to-read printed labels. Two thumbs up!
