Never an issue with this business. Always treated us fairly. If a repair will cost us anything, we're given a quote first then we decide to go with it or not. The previous owner of our house employed them and we'll continue to do so.
Plumbing/Well: Travis responded last evening to our residence for low water pressure throughout the house. He was thorough with his troubleshooting and diagnosis. He explained the problem, repair and pricing, also advised on some minor issues with the boiler. He was back out first thing this morning to repair the issue, the water pressure is better than ever. 2nd time using this company and been great both times, a great small operation, highly recommend!
Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. We have had great experiences with E.R Lighty.
