This company through the beginning stages were great. Chris, the crew to perform the work. However since they have left and have moved on we have had 2 separate roof issues since the new installation. 1 being since July 3 I called and told them there was an active leak in are attic. And 2 being small brown active leak marks in my master bedroom closet. They do not return any of my phone calls or Acknowledge the issues I am having. Now I am going to have to continue to pay them off and now get a new company out to fix these issues. Service: Roof installation

When we discovered that we needed a new roof we contacted several roofers and roofing companies, we chose Long Home for the job mainly because of the warranty, they were on the pricier side but because of the warranty we felt we should pay a little extra for a piece of mind. The only complaint we have is the project manager never showed up to the site, but the crew of 5 were hard workers and had the job wrapped up by mid afternoon. Service: Roof installation

Christian was my roofing consultant was on time, respectful and very knowledgeable of his job. Was very impressed and very satisfied of the work I will be getting would definitely recommend him and long home products and will show pictures once the project is completed.
