Nasco Roofing & Construction

I hired Nasco roofing to replace my roof, gutters, and downspouts. I have called 3 times to try to get them to fix an installation defect with my gutter. They have sent people out to look twice inspect the issue and promised to send someone to fix it but they have not followed through to fix their installation defect. From the day I met Jerry and subsequently received my bid, to the day the installation of our new roof was completed, it was a delightful experience all along the way. TJ and the team were considerate of our property and did an amazing job. I had great support from Heather when I called the office. She was extremely professional and caring. We subsequently had an additional roof installed over our patio room and once again the work was completed with great satisfaction! Every morning I hear Marty Griffith on KDKA Morning Radio promoting Nasco Roofing and what a great job they did for him and/or his family, so I called Nasco. I have an old house in a not great part of town. I spoke with "Heather" who took my information and told me that "TJ" would be coming out in two days to look at my roof, and they would get back to me. That was the end of September and I still haven't heard from them. I called and left messages but no one got back to me. Apparently Nasco Roofing only does good work for celebrities or their families.
