I came home from work one evening after our last big storm and found the trim on the gable of my house hanging off the side of the roof. Wood was exposed and we were expecting rain for the next 4 days. Obviously I was concerned about water coming into the house. A friend gave me Marks number, so the next morning I talked to Mark directly, sent him some pictures of the damage and by that very same evening the work was complete. Adam was the actual person on the team that did the work and I could not be more pleased with the communication, speed of service and project outcome. Adam also checked the other trim as well as the siding around the house. This job wasn’t huge but I would definitely call them immediately for any window, siding or roofing repair or replacement and give them the opportunity for a larger project.

Precision #1 Contractors just completed a major project on our house. It was done on time, under budget and the finished project is absolutely fantastic. They paid great attention to detail and the job site was cleaned every day. You will not find a nicer, harder working group of people. Mark and Luke were great to work with, extremely trustworthy and always super responsive. Thank you Precision 1.

There are not enough stars to rate this company. They are PHENOMENAL! From the first meeting to review our home, through planning, installation and the final touches Precision was thorough, patient, attentive and most importantly, has the highest quality of craftsmanship. Veronica, Greg and Mike brought their expertise and planning to the job vision (and were extremely kind and patient through a lengthy estimate process b/c of the various changes we wanted implemented or altered). Woytek (lead craftsman) was absolutely stellar, going above and beyond to make sure everything was not only beautiful but more importantly done correctly to stand the test of weather and time. He even went as far as to install flashing that was omitted (incorrectly) by another crew that installed our doors. The support craftsman, such as Felip, clearly have a keen eye and experience with their materials - that hands down make them experts in Hardie board installs. I highly recommend Precision #1!
