Stephanie was amazing!!!!!!! She completely understood my personal situation and was able to work around it. She even let my youngest daughter sit there and ask a million questions. First of all it was great to call a number after hours and get a live person to speak with. I made an appointment for the following morning, I was visited from an associate to assess the situation a couple hours after my call, just to make sure there wasn't more damage from the backup. I was called by Roto-Rooter the next morning and was told the technician will be at my home within the hour. I then recieved a text message that he was close by which was great. The technician (Qwayne), arrived and went to work right away, first to find out the problem and then explained it to me. I was glad it was a set fee because Qwayne worked very hard to resolve my problem. He was very professional, friendly, and made sure my problem was 100% resolved before leaving the job. Awesome employee, I asked for his card so I can request him for any future plumbing needs. A big thumbs up for Qwayne, Roto-Rooter has a huge asset having him as a technician! Thank You!!
