Austin was prompt and on time for service call. He was very professional and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision about a needed repair. He offered to show me the part needing replaced and the reason for the replacement. He did his work promptly and efficiently. A very courteous and professional young man. Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance
My AC unit was not running efficiently and was working intermittently. The Service Technician was onsite within 2 hours of the initial call. ST was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with. After a thorough investigation, they were able to diagnose the issues and correct them. They were transparent with costs upfront. Afterwards, the AC unit is running as it should, pumping cold air with clean coils and new filter. Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair
We had our heating/cooling heat pump system serviced by Daflure in December with a decent price, everything looked great, no issues found. In January, we noticed our electricity usage started to slowly increase. Four weeks ago, we noticed we had a large increase in electricity usage. Two weeks ago, we started to see signs that our cooling was starting to struggle and then we decided schedule a service call. I suspected we were low on refrigerant because the system was 13 years old, starting to struggle to keep the house cool, and we think it may have been running longer between cycles. During the 38 minute service visit, they confirmed that we were low on R410A refrigerant. Ok, so this is the first time we have to add to the system… let’s do that to get some extra life out of the system before we get a new system. We were quoted $215 for the first lb of R410A and then $175 for each additional lbs. I could not believe that and asked for a repeat on price to confirm. That feels like some
