They fixed my Mom's bath faucet and it works great now. They had to do it in 2 days which was fine. They were kind and courteous. But most of all, they got the job done right!!!

Friendly, respectful, exceptionally responsive, prompt, and high quality, comprehensive service. They replaced my leaking faucet, added turn off knobs underneath and a higher shut off valve to my main water shut off which sat very low behind the washer and hard to turn knob without major tool. At 65, I especially would never have been able to shut it off in an emergency. I was very impressed with experienced professional, Chris Ayers, who came to give the free estimate and with the high quality and attention to details of the repair coordinated by Brian and Jack(?), who came to do the one hour repair. Very unprofessional walked off my job a third of the way through stating that he had other customers he did come back in a couple of days mine was from a busted water main so my family could move back into the house and he took a vacation right in the middle of it I thought I was a customer too. I didn't appreciate the attitude for no reason but he was paid on time I just wanted to be done with them
