Clear Flow Water Solutions replaced a leaking sink and faucet with our new bathroom vanity. They were on time, professional, and did the work quickly. Caesar even took the time to make sure that the vanity lined up perfectly with the existing tile, so that it would look like the sink had always been there! We are very pleased. I used American Home Shield warranty for a sump pump alarm that was going off in a house I just bought. Clear Flow came out and diagnosed the problem as a broken main pump. Charged me $470 dollars to install new pump and the alarm kept going off. They returned to my home 2 more times, each time telling me the problem is something different. Finally they tell me they can't fix the issue and to find someone else. I call the alarm company and they are able to tell me exactly what the problem is over the phone, it was a $90 relay sensor. CLEAR FLOW WATER SOLUTIONS are a scam, and incompetent on top of that. Had they actually fixed the problem I never would have know I was ripped off. Andrea and Kelly in the office are no help and act like there is nothing they can do. Jose and the 2 other contractors that came out are straight up liars and make up excuses for everything instead of diagnosis of the actual problem.

We paid to have our sump pump system replaced less than 2 years ago. The first big storm of this season we flooded. They said they only have a 30 day labor warranty and said it would be a $90 consultation to troubleshoot and couldnt come out for over a week. Would not recommend to anyone.
