We contracted EF Laudenslager to install a ductless "mini-split" heat pump system at our 100+-year-old home, which involved one outdoor compressor and 5 indoor "heads" in various rooms. At one point, there were 6 installers working in our home, which could have been chaotic, but it was far from it. They were all polite, personable, industrious, and accommodating--taking great care to make sure that several interior doors remained closed so our 2 cats would remain contained. We were impressed with the knowledge, skill, and work ethic of each person who worked here, as well as with the neatness of the installation and the harmonious way in which they interacted with each other and with us.
