Had a new heat pump installed and have had yearly issues with it. Called to talk to someone and was told they'd check my warranty and call me back. Never got a call back. Emailed as well. No returned email. Very disappointed in the unit I've purchased and have to keep dumping money into. Would not buy an HVAC unit thru these guys. Called at 8:30 a.m tech was at my home at 1230 working and job was finished at 330. Tech was very friendly and did a great job. Was a bit pricey but needed new HW heater and the quick response by company was worth it. Thank you Service: Water heater installation
