ECS Comfort Heating & Cooling

I contacted ECS to replace two 30 year old A/C systems in my house (separate 1st and 2nd floor systems). They provided reasonable quotes for both jobs and did each install in a single day. As is often the case with fairly big jobs like this they ran into an unforeseen issue in each of the installs. Both times they were great at communicating the issue to me and discussing any options on the best way to do what needed to be done instead of taking any shortcuts. When the job was done I could not have been happier - no added costs to the original estimates even though the issues encountered definitely caused the jobs to take longer than expected and the Daikin systems they put in have been really impressive - quieter, more efficient and very consistent even temperatures across all the zones compared to the systems they replaced. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience! Andy, the owner, and Chris in customer service were professional and helpful. We understood our options and there was no press to up-sell. They scheduled to meet our situation. Guy and Devon, the installers were courteous and hard working. They took time to explain the thermostat and other details. Andy and the team replaced our HVAC gas furnace and a/c as well as helped figure out a way to get more air to move in the house. The original ductwork design didn't allow for the best airflow and with Andy's recommendation, we were able to reduce the humidity levels in the home during those sticky summer months. The technicians at that time were careful when working in the home by wearing shoe covers so when they come in to check the thermostat, they don't track anything into the house. It is important to me that a company and technician care about their customer's home. I was so impressed, I recommended him to a family member that also used him and are very happy with their service.
