ECS Comfort Heating & Cooling

I called on ECS Comfort for routine maintenance of my AC unit this summer and didn't hesitate to schedule for winter heating maintenance. Now on the Comfort plan and will have them out for regular service. Great business! Services: A/C system maintenance, Heating system maintenance

I contacted ECS to replace two 30 year old A/C systems in my house (separate 1st and 2nd floor systems). They provided reasonable quotes for both jobs and did each install in a single day. As is often the case with fairly big jobs like this they ran into an unforeseen issue in each of the installs. Both times they were great at communicating the issue to me and discussing any options on the best way to do what needed to be done instead of taking any shortcuts. When the job was done I could not have been happier - no added costs to the original estimates even though the issues encountered definitely caused the jobs to take longer than expected and the Daikin systems they put in have been really impressive - quieter, more efficient and very consistent even temperatures across all the zones compared to the systems they replaced. I cannot recommend ECS enough. From start to finish every single person involved in my experience with needing a new AC unit & Furnace was absolutely wonderful!
