All budget roofing

Took care of all leaks and damage to my roof! I’ll be using All Budget Roofing for any work in the future! They were able to get the roof fixed fast and really worked within my budget. Service: Roof repair

So I had a medium sized water spot on my top floor ceiling indicating that water was starting to come in from my roof deck which is around 400-500 sq ft. The business owner did a 5 minute inspection and estimated a steep $6000 to coat the ceiling, apply tape and patch and paint some spots. Even though that was a lot, I was ok with the price because I wanted to get this done fast. After the team started the job, I was asked to pay an additional $2700 because they needed more coating paint. At this point I had already invested quite a bit and couldn’t risk saying no and having a job 25% done. It seems to me that an expert would’ve known how much material is needed when doing an inspection the first time. So this person was either an amateur or ripped me off. Never hiring this team again.

All around great experience with this company, highly recommended. They came out fast and explained all that I needed done in detail, got the work finished quickly and left no mess which was very important to me that everything looked clean when completed. Service: Roof damage repair
