I Still haven't recieved my security deposit of $750 from when I rented from Clark. I did a whole years lease and always payed in full every month. I moved out December and it is now febuary and I'm still waiting for my security deposit back.

Clark Roofing Company does not return any calls I make to them, they don’t address work that is not installed correctly, you are ignored when you you tell them to add another sheet metal screw to two places when they are installing an elbow, the man only used one screw when I told him to put in at least two!!!! Your suppose to use 3 screws, The drain pipe on the front of the house they did not seal around it rain water drains down on the outside of this pipe. The porch they installed new drain pipe which was not opened, heavy rain is pouring over top of gutter pipe. Near chimney the flashing does not reach chimney the water drains down near bathroom you hear DRIP! DRIP! DRIP!!! When your in the bathroom you hear this very loud, they took out my sturdy soil pipe when they installed new drain pipe, and will not tell me why? then they want money to fix what they did not install properly.
