Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and very reasonable in his pricing (and the new roof comes with a 15-year guarantee). I have been maintaining my roof for the last decade. Either Adding a coat or doing some patchwork to stave off the inevitable day we would have to fully replace it. I dread roofing and was not looking forward to torching down in the sun. My next door neighbor needed his roof done and while Fortuna was there, I asked them to take a look at mine. I was previously well aware of my roofs condition and their assessment way spot on. Anyway, I decided to have them do my flat roof. They literally came back to do the job in less then a week, on a holiday, with a full crew and knocked it out in a few hours, best of all, it was a lot cheaper than I was ever expecting.
