I had my entire home rewired last fall by Gen3. From the initial inspection with Mike, who did a thorough job of evaluating my home's needs and was very accommodating and helpful in prioritizing the most critical areas for repair in his estimates. He answered every question I had and was very honest about the amount of work the house needed. I felt comfortable and confident in hiring Gen3 to do the work. Ed was very methodical and organized during the entire job: having gone above and beyond just doing a rewire, he helped us determine the best locations for fixtures and power switches in each room, was able to make rewiring a 100yr old home with layers (literally and figuratively) of shoddy older electrical work look easy, and he was thoughtful about his work as if this home was his own. Have been using Gen 3 for years and happy with the latest work they did as usual! Branden Ho was exceptionally courteous and did a great job explaining issues he found and providing options on how to address them. It's a great feeling when you feel confident that your electrical is updated and safe. We recently had an electrical panel replacement, some additional outlets added and new lighting in our basement. We could not be happier with the work. This is our third property in Philly and we have always trusted Gen 3 to do the work from a full home rewire removing old knob and tube to adding new fixtures to fixing safety issues.
