I contracted Gen3 to do a rewire of my house. They did about 95% of a ~1200 square foot home. The project took a total of 6 business days. The technicians (Ed, Chris, and Earnest) were great. They were on time and respectful of my house. As someone who works from home full time, it was important to be able to stay online as much as possible. Each morning they gave an overview of what they'd be working on that day. Before they left at the end of the day, they let me know what to expect the following day. This was extremely helpful to make sure I had whatever fixtures ready for the next room they would work on. In all, there were very few interruptions to my workday. The one major interruption was the last day when they were installing the new panel. They had to completely cut the power. From the initial inspection with Mike, who did a thorough job of evaluating my home's needs and was very accommodating and helpful in prioritizing the most critical areas for repair in his estimates. He answered every question I had and was very honest about the amount of work the house needed. I felt comfortable and confident in hiring Gen3 to do the work. Ed and his team (Terrell and Jacob) were absolutely fantastic. Ed was very methodical and organized during the entire job: having gone above and beyond just doing a rewire, he helped us determine the best locations for fixtures and power switches in each room, was able to make rewiring a 100yr old home with layers (literally and figuratively) of shoddy older electrical work look easy, and he was thoughtful about his work as if this home was his own. In July 2023 we had multiple electrical issues and a Surge Protector fixed/installed by Jordan in our condo. Jordan was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He worked diligently and explained what was needed and what we inquired about. The work was a good value for the price. We had Jordan return this week, 9/6/2023, to replace light fixtures and to give us an estimate on installing lighting in two rooms where none exists. Jordan was professional, on time and worked expeditiously again. The new fixtures look great and we are considering the estimate provided for a possible other job, with clear explanations provided. I think the other electricians must be good as well.
