Ashton was wonderful. We have an unusual setting (on a ceiling) for a small halogen bulb, and we couldn’t figure out how to eject the dead bulb and put in a fresh one. Ashton was so nice, figured it out quickly, and got the new bulb in. We also asked him about a track light that wouldn’t go on, and he figured that out too. He didn’t charge us anything for the service beyond the initial appointment fee $89.00 because he said this was a small job. I will use GEN3 from now on for all electric needs. A+ for Ashton!

In July 2023 we had multiple electrical issues and a Surge Protector fixed/installed by Jordan in our condo. Jordan was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He worked diligently and explained what was needed and what we inquired about. The work was a good value for the price. We had Jordan return this week, 9/6/2023, to replace light fixtures and to give us an estimate on installing lighting in two rooms where none exists. Jordan was professional, on time and worked expeditiously again. The new fixtures look great and we are considering the estimate provided for a possible other job, with clear explanations provided. Thank you. I would recommend this company in general as they respond quickly in the office to all communications and answer all questions thoroughly. Ask for Jordan if you need work done. I think the other electricians must be good as well.
