Goodman worked with us over several days to help remediate a clogged drain as well as replaced a drain pipe. I had a great experience with Goodman Plumbing. I called to make an appointment to have my water heater examined due to some noises it was making. Right away, the person who answered the phone was professional and courteous, and helped me make an appointment for a convenient time. When Sean arrived at my home, we discussed my concerns regarding the hot water heater, and came to the mutual conclusion that the best course of action was to replace it. I also asked Sean for estimates for replacing two water valves in my home. The entire experience was exceptional: not only was Sean courteous and professional, but he took the time to listen to my questions and concerns, and answered them with expert insight. That really put my mind at ease, and I found the estimate to be very fair. We scheduled the work to take place two days later. On the day of the installation, I had the pleasure of meeting Tom. Like Sean, Tom was exceptionally courteous and professional, and answered all of my questions

I had called Goodman for a price quote on a new A/C system. Stan came thru with a quote that was perfect for the budget. The new system was installed quickly and the gentlemen that where working on the install (Borus, and his other helper (did not get your name) and Jeff). They arrived as they said they would, the work was performed professionally and very detailed oriented in the work they had performed. The system was installed on the hottest day. But that did not stop how well everything went. I would highly recommend Goodman for Anyone that needs a new A/C system.
