John recently did some work in our house, and was honestly our ideal contractor. We've had bad experiences just getting someone to show up, let alone do good work, and John was great across the board. He was a good communicator, and showed up on time to begin the two jobs we had him work on during his four days at our house. We needed some drywall/plaster repair in our kitchen, and John did an amazing job start to finish, communicating with us about our old house and any issues he ran into along the way. He also took a look at a leaky pipe situation and coached us through the best way to handle the problem. Most contractors might have milked us for days of work to keep digging to keep making easy money, but John was extremely honest about our issue and saved us hundreds if not thousands of dollars to fix something that we could easily live without. John did an awesome job with my basement that needed repairs after it got flooded. He took the time to do the job right and it turned out better than I expected.
