I called IFIXDIT after being rejected by many other plumbers. My shower knobs were in poor condition and the converter knob for the tub/shower had broken and was no longer functioning. Every plumber I called would not take the small job of installing new/upgraded shower faucets. It was difficult to even get a plumber to come out and take a look. However; I called Tony and explained my situation and he agreed to come out. He did the best job that no one would. His customer service is top notch. He understood the customer and the importance to me of having an operational faucet despite how small of a job it was. He performed honest work at an honest price. I am pleased with his work!

Such a great find! Tony responded to my call quickly and worked around my schedule. He was very efficient, polite and very clean! (I hate having to clean after workers make a mess!) Most importantly, when I asked Tony about a different project I need help with, he was honest in admitting he was not qualified for that job! Tony is now my go to plumber!
