Called Riley roofing and Mark answered and he came out same day. Mark Inspected the roof and was able to identify issues right away and gave me an idea of the work needed and price range. Later that day he sent over an invoice and once I responded he gave me a date and time. Mark confirmed on the day before that the job was still on and the time he would be there and what yo expect. Mark and his crew showed up on time and worked all day. The roof looks amazing and Mark was a pleasure to deal with. This company is top notch. I luckily found Mark Riley through some posts from neighbors in a local South Philly neighborhood group which recommended him based on his professionalism, flexibility, and most of all, the hard work of his crew. After my experience with Mark, I can say all of the reviews here and on that group couldn’t have been more spot on, and I have nothing but high praise for the work he did on my home. Mark showed up same day for a quote on a new main roof, gave me a date and time for the job, and was prompt and communicative through the entire process. Living in several 100+ year old homes in Philadelphia throughout my life, I have had my fair share of experiences with contractors, and Mark was absolutely one of the best I have ever dealt with.
