Velocity found a small leak in my vent that no one before found. They literally saved our lives due to small amount of gas escaping for over time. They where honest , clean, and professional. Excellent and prompt service! Woke up Christmas Eve morning at 52 degrees. Called my HVAC contractor and they wanted me to schedule an appointment for 12/27. Reached out to Velocity and it was repaired shortly after Noon. Moving my ongoing business to Velocity! Service: Repair HVAC
This company's work product is exceptional. I needed my tattered upstairs flexible ducts replaced with metal ones along with my home's two systems replaced/relocated. I got multiple quotes and settled on Velocity because they were the only company that mapped out an easily understandable plan forward. There were pandemic/supply-chain bumps along the way, however, Anthony was always responsive to my texts/calls. Will be calling Velocity again when I need to replace my water heater.
