I called this agency for service; however, the service that I needed was not what they did. Here's why I gave them 5 stars. Quick response in minutes, on the other side of that call was one of the nicest guys I talked with in a long time and I talk with a whole lot of people, he was honest and transparent regarding his skills and quickly referred me to another agency that could better serve me. I will gladly call this company back for interior plumbing issues within my company.

I called about a water pressure issue that we’ve had for quite some time. Luke was to our home within 30mins to take a look. His best guess was that it was related to the water main and gave me a recc of who to call. We’ll be using Goffredo in the future for our plumbing needs based on Luke’s swift communication and kindness!

I was referred by a friend who is married to a member of the Goffredo family. They seem to have a wide network of plumbers all over Philly and South NJ. They’re all responsive, reasonable, professional and most importantly, have never left me with a job that wasn’t truly fixed. Mike even walked me through fixing a water heater issue over the phone once. (Though he also “fixed” something I totally should have been able to do myself. But that was my fault, not his in any way.) The Goffredos have a customer for life.
