Called this company as my usual plumber was not available, they came out quickly and did warn me if they could not clear the blockage it would be $100 and $200 if they could. The tech came for less than 10 minutes according to my tenant, used a 6 ft auger and did not even attempt to snake the pipes. Called my usual plumber, he asked me "Why didn't they remove the toilet and snake the pipe? What type of plumber does not carry a snake on them?". Additionally, I did not receive a call explaining why they could not clear the blockage but instead an invoice was sent in less than 40 minutes from my initial call. I have no problem paying a service charge if the work can not be completed, but this company put about 5% of effort into their work, I would have much preferred to pay someone else who cares about their craft and customer. It seems others have had good experiences, hopefully yours is not like mine.
This is the second time we have used Vicent Goffredo Plumbing. This call was to replace a supply valve to a toilet, as well as to fix a leaking tiolet. They were very responsive, and arrived on time. After the fix, we noticed an issue the following day. Upon contacting them, they again arrived promptly and made the repair at no charge. Their customer service was impecable, Luke was a true professional, and treated our home and repair like his own. He listened and asked questions. We'd highly recommend them for similar services! Called between 7-8PM and didn't expect to talk to someone but was pleasantly surprised when I got an answer. I explained what I thought was the issue (a leak in the apartment thought to be caused by the washer/dryer unit) and was told that I'd get a call the next day from a plumber. Next day comes and it's snowing heavily enough for my work to shut down for the day. However, early that morning I got a call from their plumber Matt and was told that he was outside and ready to work. Matt was thorough and patient as he worked to find the source of the problem. Will be using them again for future plumbing issues.
