William & Sons Plumbing

I was provided with service and the technicians arrived on time and did work. However, the name William and Sons implied (at least to me) that this was an actual plumbing business however, it seems that it is really just a referral office and that the people that show up to do the work are independent (and in my case, not even aware that William & Sons exists) and are referred to by this answering service. Would i have done business with them had I known this, maybe. However, i would have probably asked a different set of questions about who was actually going to come. A little more transparency would be good, IMO.

Zach and Jess arrived out to look for a plumbing leak in my kitchen sink. After having multiple companies come out for months they were able to look, find, and repair same day! personable and answered all of my questions. I feel they are trustworthy with their knowledge and expertise. Would endorse to anyone!

Gio was knowledgeable and communicated what he performed in my furnace. Was courteous of my needs and was professional. And he put up with my two Golden Retrievers!
