A pleasure to deal with from start to finish! Very quick turn around between calling for estimate, to roof inspection to receiving the estimate. Incredibly thorough in explaining everything they were going to do and why. Work started soon after signing contract and was finished in just a few days. The team at Apolinar was great to work with. Needed two estimates after finding additional damage on roof, and the estimates were very clear with pictures showing the areas of the roof they would be working on and a detailed breakdown of material costs and labor. The work was done quickly as promised, done professionally with attention to detail, and cleanup after the job was thorough and complete. Couldn't have been happier. I had them come out to remove two aging chimneys (unused one was knocked down, closed up, and shingled over, in-use one got lined, brick removed, and a new metal pipe in place). They also added new ridge/eave vents, fixed/updated the bathroom exhaust, and fixed some minor trim problems (stuff coming loose). It took them 1 day and an hour the next day. They were nice and friendly to deal with. The price was pretty reasonable for all they did (I had quotes for half as much for just installing the vents). Also, they send you a picture timeline of the stuff they're doing so you can follow along from the safety of inside your house so you can watch the progress. Long story short, they did an impressive amount of work in a short amount of time. I would use them again should we need repairs or a new roof. Service: Attic venting installation
