They have been assigned to our service requests twice through HSA home warranty and have been great both times, I was really surprised to google and see the poor reviews. Two service men have been sent both times and they are EFFICIENT as a team. The visits last about 10 minutes both times - they have fixed faulty wiring to outlets, fans, ceiling lights, and garage door. They even took time to tell us how to install a light ourselves since we have old wiring in our house. Both men were super pleasant and professional. My home warranty company hired them. They almost ran through my home, not stoping to talk or properly diagnose much of anything. They left without following up. I had to call them to see where they went and why they didn’t look at the things that needed looked it. I still have power issues, and they looked in the breaker box and said “all good, probably an issue with the utility company”. Not fixing things is one issue. Lack of communication and disappearing without a word is a whole different problem.
Complete trash and a complete fraud. We've lost power to three rooms in the house. They showed up late came and reset the breaker box which I've done a half dozen times told them the GFI that I think is causing the problems and they left. As they were leaving they told us we had a damaged wire They couldn't tell us where the damage wire was but that we had a damage wire. The next day I might call gets reassigned to a different contractor because associated electric said the house was unsanitary. Unsanitary? Please. It does have a pet odor, I'm sure they've dealt with it before. We had a flooding problem in the laundry room which is where one of the breakers is that I think is causing the problem. So of course that's a mess following the flood. We'll see what the next contractor does but avoid these people like the plague. If you get them assigned to your problem by AHS American home shield warranty I would immediately decline them and tell them you want someone else. I wouldn't trust t
