Recently met with Brandon (sales) to get an estimate on having roofing & gutters/downspouts replaced. While I was anxious about the cost and overall undertaking of a (to me) pretty major project, he was rather reassuring and clearly laid out expectations, cost and timing - leaving no questions unanswered. Lauren contacted me to confirm the details, and then Caleb came out and made sure everything was done properly and that I was satisfied with the work. While I did have one minor detail that needed to be attended to, he made sure it was addressed quickly, while maintaining regular communication with me throughout the entire process - which from start to finish, lasted less than a week. I appreciate the personable staff, all were very easy to work with. I just wish Caleb would have let me fly the darn drone when the job was done.

They were very helpful in informing that my old gutters were not suitable for my new metal roof. Then they quickly schedule my gutter install. Job was done fast and efficiently. The whole process from discussing to install to cleanup was amazing. Devan the Project Manager came and did a final cleanup and took amazing aerial photos for us. What a great experience I had with Home Genius Exteriors! Each and every person I dealt with was professional and personable. Tim spent time with me taking drone photos and explaining about the materials the company uses. Every issue with my roof and gutters was explained along with photos to show where the damage was. The crew showed up on time and worked until it was dark outside and returned the next day to complete the process. I had much more damage than I thought so I am so glad I chose to get the work done now instead of waiting until spring. At the end of each project (roof and gutters done on different days, Justin came to do a final inspection. I receive images of all the before, during and after work done.
