JDC has gone above and beyond when it comes to service. After battling for weeks with our home warranty and their provided contractors, we chose to go with JDC and they were able to resolve our issue within hours of us reaching out. Josh was super helpful and transparent throughout our furnace maintenance process. We just recently purchased our home & weren’t 100% sure what our system needed, but he set us at ease with a few repairs, showed us how to use our thermostat, & gave us some great advice for the future! Prices were straight forward and good customer service. The techs were quick, efficient, and courteous. Taking care to take off their shoes and not run tubes all over. The before and after images were remarkable and the clean ducks made the world of a difference in my system.
