Pittsburgh's Best Remodeling Contractors - Honest Renovators

We paid for a bid that we never got. The stereotypical contractor that rips you off is this company. We will still be waiting for the bid or a refund for the bid that was never sent. 0/10 do not recommend if you have a project that needs a contractor…. Or a project that needs any work done….

Working with Kayla was a dream! I contacted her to remove old carpet from our new home—before we even moved in. She was responsive, patient, and efficient, and made this project so easy for us even from out of state. I can’t recommend them enough. We can’t wait to work with her and the team again on other projects in our new home!

EDIT: The longer time passes, the less thrilled I am. I have had two separate contractors come through since for specific needs and they have been absolutely furious on my behalf for the quality left behind. I'm kind of sickened that I paid so much for so little. "Honest" indeed. DO NOT use them for electrical work. At all. It will not be to code. DO NOT use them for outside work. At all . I will be spending $$$ to redo dirt work and a concrete stoop which has turned into a bridge to my door. -- Four for craftsmanship, three for everything else. I went with Honest Renovators after reading a lot of five star reviews, but I think that did them a disservice setting my expectations too high. The quality of the work is good-- solid not perfect. I wasn't thrilled they ran a month and some behind schedule, but it is what it is. They were up against the same challenges everyone has now for price of materials, production delays, availability of labor, all the joys of the COVID era.
