We got assistance from Austin, who was very friendly and very knowledgeable, very fair about charging (did not push for any additional needless services in resolving our matter) and fast issue resolving. I booked an appointment for a furnace cleaning. A technician by the name of Rich came to service my furnace. He was personable and polite, calling before coming, introducing himself and identifying his company. He was careful of my carpet, and went to the basement to begin the cleaning. After assessing the furnace he thought a new water pump would be necessary, but found he could repair the existing one which he did, saving me over $300 dollars. I will certainly use Rustano services again, they were efficient and trustworthy.
