Our heat wouldn't turn off no matter what we did. Our house was about 87 degrees and we were literally walking around in our swimsuits. It was unbearable. We left a voicemail on a Sunday and rec'd a call back within about half of an hour. Sam tried to walk us through some quick steps to fix our problem via phone, but we didn't have the tools. We at least made enough progress to turn the heat off make our house comfortable. He came out at the earliest time we were available, and all was fixed within about 1/2hr. $95 for a service call, seemed a bit steep but I'm not actually sure what the going rate is for comparison. Regardless I'm keeping this contact on file, will absolutely use them again if I have any other issues.

Upgraded our stone age central AC. Our first major home ugrade couldn't have gone any smoother. Excellent work and a very fair price. Highly recommended.
