Sargent Electric Company

We had lost power for 2 days due to a storm and had to have our wires reattached to our house. After booking an appointment with another contractor who called 8 hours after the scheduled appointment time and arrogantly said his rates just tripled due to high demand, we told him no thanks and decided to try someone else. Luckily I called Sargent Electric at 8:00 the next morning and after explaining our situation was told that even though they were booked solid for the week they would see what they could do. Within two hours they had someone come to our house and by noon the repair was completed at 15% of the price we had been quoted by the other contractor. The two electricians from Sargent were courteous and efficient and explained what they were doing and patiently answered our questions. These men came up to michigan after a winter storm wiped out our power. And they went to work and bam have power now... thank you all.....
