Sullivan Heating

I came back from vacation and my ac said it was 82 degrees in my house and I couldn’t get it to cool off at all it was a Saturday night and we called them and he came early Monday morning I was so grateful I didn’t have to use the old fashioned fan for 1 more night it was a fast fix and he didn’t even have to come In The house ! My mom purchased a furnace from Sullivan last winter. It needs to be inspected every year for warranty. Never heard of this, but my mom's deal. My mom works and couldn't be at home for inspection. I agreed to do it, set up appointment window from 9-12. Got a call at 11:15 telling me tech wouldn't be here before noon! They expected me to sit here til they showed or reschedule and sit for another 3-4 hour window. Guess customer service goes out the window after the purchase!
