When I lived out of state and rented out my condo my property manager used Ted Thompson Heating and Cooling. When I moved back I continued to use them because they were consistently reliable and prompt. Tammy is responsive, efficient and truly cares about taking care of her customers. The technician Rob is the best. He is on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He explains what the problem was and what was done to fix it. The prices are reasonable/fair.
