Ive used Woodruff and Smith for many years, and find them to be a solid company I trust my HVAC system to. Today Jarrad came out for heating maintenance. He is a knowledgeable and friendly man who took his time explaining my system and corrected a vent issue after examining the burners of my furnace which will increase its longevity. Jarrad from Woodruff and Smith completed a maintenance check on my heating system today He was very thorough and professional providing me tips to use in the future to better insure the "health and performance" of my furnace. In addition to the complete check of the furnace, he completed a Carbon Monoxide test of the entire house.
