W&S service technician, Jarred, came to investigate a lack of warm air blowing from our 20-year-old second furnace. He quickly assessed the issue and had the unit back up and running with no new parts needed. Jarred then suggested and performed some minor maintenance, all for a total cost only $90. Woodruff and Smith recently completed a full replacement of my 40 year old furnace with a new Trane furnace and A/C system. The removal wasn’t an easy one; they built those old furnaces to last. At every step of the process, W & S installers Austin and Gary were very personable, taking care to disassemble the pieces without damaging the existing floor and walls. Trane manufactures high quality mechanical systems at fair prices. Austin and Gary knew every detail of the equipment, patiently describing how the existing system would be replaced. They answered all my questions in terms any homeowner could understand. W & S was on schedule and on time, factors so important to anyone juggling work and family.
