Poor communication/unresponsive. He would schedule a time, then push the time. Showed up 2 hours after the initial appointment, said that he'd put me on the schedule for a week later but would confirm the following day. I repeatedly messaged him to confirm and the day before he was supposedly going to get me on the schedule, he canceled. If you want a runaround, by all means work with him. Unfortunately, I don't have time to sit around and wait for someone who doesn't value other people's time. Would not recommend.

We had to have a dye test done. Which I personally think is a stupid thing you have to do to sell your home. Alan called to see if he could come by early. He was very friendly and informative. If we weren't moving we would use him again.

I honestly wouldn't recommend this plumber. He broke the part and came back 2 weeks later saying he couldn't find the part he was looking for. We still paid for the service. Now the handle is just hanging there with the nail sticking out. That handle controls the temperature and I sometimes have to unscrew it middle of shower to get right temperature water.
