This company is GREAT! From beginning to end of the process of having a new AC/Furnace and hot water heater installed they were wonderful! No pressure to buy from them, communication was great and the installers Joe and Oliver were professional and did a great job! Joe had his hands full with the VERY VERY small closet the 2 units go in. Not even sure how he did it. Lol. I can’t recommend this company more! Thank you! After 36 years, we needed to replace our heat pump and oil furnace. So we decided to clean our vents and ductwork while we were at it. B&L Ott were on time, knowledgeable, professional, and provided excellent service. Would definitely use them again, and recommend to everyone! My air conditioner unit decided to break down last week during the hottest day of the year. I called a couple places to no avail but B&L Ott was very responsive and sent out a technician, Ian, (who was very helpful and friendly especially on such a hot day) out within an hour. The problem was diagnosed quickly. I’m very pleased with the company and will recommend them to my friends and family.
