We were extremely happy with Ken the tech who came to unclog our main drain. Ken was on time, very kind, polite and went over and above to solve our drain problem. We have very narrow basement stairs and carrying the heavy equipment downstairs seemed very difficult, but Ken was up for the task and amazingly even did it with a smile on his face! Plumber arrived early in the scheduled window to fix a slow drain. He fixed the issue quickly and showed me how it happened. He was professional and courteous, would happily contact them again if the issue reoccurs.

Will never use this company again. A pin hole leak in a small tube and was charged $502.00 to fix which only took 5/10 minutes but also cut massive holes in my dry wall and flooring. Then was told they were going to be paid $5,000 to $10,000 for cutting drywall, and ripping up my flooring. Then a plumber came out and fixed the small leak. After all is said and done my insurance is going to pay them for the holes they put in my wall and yet still want me to pay $10,000 to do/replace all piping Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair
