Not matter how busy they are....they take time to come...without you having an appoinment...they are truly a responsable company....!
My hot water heater died late on a Thursday night and after I cleaned up I called Stoudt. Lee, the owner, called me back in less than 2 hours and arranged to have his guys here first thing Friday morning to install a new unit. Everything was done quickly and professionally and for a very fair price. I have been using Stoudt for years at multiple properties and will continue to do so. I would recommend them to anyone. It was very overpriced and when you talk to the owner just to get an explanation, he acted like a complete jerk. He was so rude and yelling. Also it's very tough to get to them. Everything is a hassle from reaching them to paying the bills. 100% would NOT recommend. Service: A/C system repair
