Yesterday I was reminded of my repeated satisfaction by Kevin F. who was exceptionally knowledgeable and and competent servicing my 4-year old Navien tankless water heater. In addition, I found him to be courteous, pleasant, and patient in dealing with my many questions regarding my responsibilities for maintaining the efficient operation of my unit. Steve, Ian and Kevin replaced our hot water heater with a tankless system. They were all professional, laid down drop cloths where they were working and walking, and did very clean, detailed plumbing work. They were priced very competitively and we will definitely be using them again. Thanks guys!
