Disaster Blaster of Scranton & Wilkes-Barre

On Christmas, our toilet pipe broke while we were not home and flooded our entire dining room/kitchen. It was a very long process waiting for a water mitigation company to contact us back. Though, Disaster Blaster was a very different experience and they got us booked immediately, which my husband and I appreciated very much! They were extremely professional and made sure everything was cleaned up and polished after their work day was finished. One of their contractors, Paul, went out of his way and even came on the weekend to boost the finishing process. He was very personable and super friendly. My husband and I were actually sad when the job was completed because we didn’t know when we would see him next. We had a water leak behind our refrigerator which caused the drywall on ceiling of garage to collapse, water damage behind the fridge, to the side, mostly all of the garage ceiling, it was terrible! I acted quickly and called disaster blaster. Let me tell you, from start to finish these guys are responsive, communicate, amazing customer service, great quality of work, friendly as if you're family, and trustworthy. I dealt with Matt on the phone who was professional, friendly, easy to get a hold of, and proficient while walking me through steps, options, any questions I had for my insurance company with repairs. These guys made it SO EASY to deal with this water leak/ mold remediation. They communicated with my insurance agent so I didn't have to worry about anything additional. The guys that I dealt with on a regular basis with inspection, repairs, everything for that matter was Will, Pauly, and Billy. These guys are like family to me now and you couldn't ask for a better crew! Super

The owner, Gary, took time out of his schedule to squeeze me in for an estimate immediately after our call. From there, the project manager and office manager stayed in touch with me each step of the way, and answered any question or concern that I had. Very affordable and efficient - would use them again in a heart beat!
