Okay so I had a roof replaced and there were some good and bad points to this as far as everything was concerned. The project manager Charlie was easy to work with because at the time I didn't know how many actual roofing projects I would be able to take care of at the same time so I broke them up according to what I could afford there was potentially four different projects which he was able to give me appropriate quotes for and each of them were taken care of as a separate project. Todate three of the projects were done and I'm happy with the outcome so far. I understand that the cost would be  higher than a normal roof so that I was prepared for Garvin was able to cater to how I was able to pay which was great. This was the positive of it. Now for the negative. There seem to be a a lack of communication between the different departments that work for this company not that that doesn't happen pretty much everywhere but in this case I would think that everybody would be on the same em

I had a Tilcor Metal Roof installed and they did a great job. It was completed in one day and it looked great. I am very pleased. The shop supervisor Rob was fantastic to work with. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions that we had. In addition, we had an issue with some piece on the roof that was where the gutters would be and Rob had someone contact me the next day and the guys name was Tom and he came right up an addressed it. I would work with both Rob and Tom again from Garvin for sure if needed. I did have an issue with clean up crew, I found a lot of nails in my grass after they were done with the roof.
